Vital Proteins Get Up and Glow Capsules Review

I bought the Vital Proteins Get Up and Glow Capsules when the powder was out of stock. It’s funny because when I wrote the review of the powder, I mentioned I purchased that when another product from Vital Proteins was out of stock. I guess I don’t have a huge preference.

I’ve tried a bunch of Vital Proteins in the past, including:

But I’ve never tried actual capsules (or, really, they are just pills). I’ve also been a little weary of caffeine pills in general. I don’t drink a lot of caffeine these days, and I wondered if this would be too much caffeine and lead to a migraine.

About Vital Proteins:

Vital Proteins was launched in 2013 with one goal: to help others live more vibrant lives. It’s kind of crazy because I’ve been using Vital Proteins since around 2014-2015 and seen them evolve.

The owner, Kurt Seidensticker, was experiencing knee discomfort from running. He wanted to find a product that would support his joint health. After much research, he discovered that adding ingestible collagen was the answer. Nutrient-rich foods don’t provide enough amino acids needed for the body to produce collagen naturally. That’s how he created Vital Proteins. Now Vital Proteins has a wide variety of products for every health need.

My Experience with the Vital Proteins Get Up and Glow Capsules:

Collagen is one of the few supplements I notice a difference when using. I see an incredible difference in skin, hair, and nails. I feel like my hairs are much more robust and much shinier when using it.

I’ve mentioned a few times that I haven’t wanted coffee since the flu a year ago. I don’t know what happened, but my taste buds changed. I enjoy caffeine in the morning, either from Nuun or Vital Proteins. When the regular Vital Proteins Get Up, and Glow was out of stock at the store, I opted to try the capsules. What worries me about caffeine pills is they can make you jittery and uneasy.

Luckily, I’ve tried the Vital Proteins Get Up and Glow Capsules a few times and haven’t had that issue. When taking them, I don’t feel like it gives me too much caffeine to get a headache. I haven’t gotten any headaches and haven’t had any serious crashes.

The Vital Proteins Get Up and Glow Capsules are easy to take and go down quickly. You don’t have to worry about a “big bulky pill.” Regarding caffeine crash, I haven’t had any each time I’ve used it (about ten now). I don’t even notice a big caffeine boost, which is interesting because I regularly consume this amount of caffeine. It feels like something I could take every day, although I likely won’t just because I don’t need/want a caffeine pill every day. I’ll go for other sources of collagen.

I’m a fan of the Vital Proteins Get Up and Glow Capsules. I don’t notice a massive difference between the capsules and powder, minus the form you’re taking. My hair, skin and nails consistently feel better when taking it too.

Price: $

For 60 servings, it’s $32, which is much cheaper than most Vital Protein products. You’re lucky to get any powders with 20 servings for $40, so it’s interesting that the capsules are so cheap.

Vital Proteins Get up and Glow Capsules Conclusion:

I am a massive fan of the Vital Proteins Get Up and Glow Capsules collagen. I don’t notice a difference between the collagen powder and capsules minus the price. I’ll probably continue to use the capsules just because they are cheaper. Plus, I notice a difference when I use collagen versus not. I won’t use them every day because I don’t think anyone needs/wants a caffeine pill every day.

Who should purchase the Vital Proteins Get Up and Glow Capsules? If you are looking for an easy and inexpensive way to take collagen with a little caffeine boost.

Who should not buy the Vital Proteins Get Up and Glow Capsules? If you are someone who doesn’t want caffeine.
