Best Choice Products 3-Piece Kettlebell Set Review

As many people know, one of my 2021 fitness goals is to lift weights and strength train more, which is how I found Best Choice Products 3-Piece Kettlebell Set. I’ll be the first to say when I strength train; it’s usually a lazy go through the motions process. One of my goals for 2021 is actually put the time and effort into it as I do with running.

From the past, my other issue is that I would go “all in” or not at all. I wouldn’t do a simple 3 day a week program, which would keep me engaged throughout the week versus feeling burned out.

Why Kettlebells?

Kettlebell training is effective as well as a time-efficient way to strength train but also prevent injury. After being injured in 2020, I would like to not be in 2021.

We know running causes a lot of impact. Strength training helps reduce overuse injuries. My calcaneus stress fracture came from a tight Achilles. Unlike having a rack of weights, Best Choice Products 3-Piece Kettlebell Set is easy to store and takes up minimum room.

Kettlebell targets several muscle groups, including the core, glutes, hamstrings, and back.

So What is my Kettlebell Plan?

I found this Kettlebell workout plan that is specifically designed for runners. It looked fairly easy and straightforward to follow. I am obviously not a kettlebell expert by any means (heck, I am not even a novice), but I found it to be fairly simply to follow.

My Experience with Best Choice Products 3-Piece Kettlebell Set:

I think it’s hard to have “bad kettlebells” unless they are cheaply made. I like Best Choice Kettlebells because they are easy to hold and easy to store. Since moving to California, I don’t have a lot of extra space in my house, so the storage rack makes it easy to keep organized and not lumped in a corner.
