Baileys Creamer Waffle

Baileys Creamer Waffle Recipe

I don’t know if I have ever mentioned how much I enjoy Baileys creamer. A Baileys Creamer Waffle is a fun and rich waffle to impress family and friends.

Baileys (Irish Cream) Waffle
2/3 cup flour (all-purpose flour, wheat flour)
¼ cup dark cocoa powder
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish cream (or whichever flavor you like)
¼ cup sweetener and vanilla extract (I used Truvia)
½ cup milk (or almond milk)

Baileys Creamer Waffle Recipe:

  1. Preheat, a waffle maker
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. Add wet ingredients (including Baileys Creamer) together and mix in a separate mixing medium bowl.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Pour waffle batter into waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
  6. After cooked, put on a plate and add a layer of melted butter, maple syrup, greek yogurt, chocolate chips, or Baileys Creamer Waffle Glaze.
With more syrup...
With more syrup…

For the Baileys Creamer Waffle Topping Glaze: (which is always the best part).  My “glaze” came out a bit more creamy than a normal glaze
2 tablespoons maple, syrup
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Baileys cream
¼ cup sweetener

Mix and top the Baileys Creamer Waffle.

I know I often say I have a new favorite pancake or waffle recipe. These Bailey Creamer Waffles are good and you can go so many different directions with them (with all the fancy creamers on the market).

Question for you: Favorite coffee creamer? Have you tried Baileys Creamer Waffle?

  1. I love the Bailey’s Mudslide creamer- I used it this morning. This is a great idea too because I never use all my creamer before it starts to go bad. I have so many bottles and only end up using like 1/2 of them. Kinda miss the days of taking them to work and everyone sharing them around and enjoying lots of varieties of creamers :).

  2. I usually don’t use creamers, but I have used the Coffemate creamers in the past and they are good. I’ve tried Internation Delight too. It’s amazing the flavors they come up with. This waffle looks so good!

  3. YUM. I usually do almond milk in my coffee, but I’m a huge fan of hazelnut and French vanilla creamers. Fingers crossed there’s a carton of one sitting in the fridge during my visit home. 🙂

  4. This looks so good. I’ve never tried Bailey’s coffee creamer BUT my Aunt makes a Bailey’s Irish Cream Pie around Christmas time that’s out of this world. You best believe she uses Bailey’s liquor for that!

  5. Love baileys. Katie from Katie Moves recently posted a photo of a girl scout cookie flavored coffee creamer and ever since I have been on the hunt for a thin mint flavored one, no luck yet but I WILL find some!

  6. Your waffles always sound so good but I don’t buy flour! I love Bailey’s though (the real Bailey’s).

  7. Oh, and I LOVe the all natural creamer in a white bottle with purple on it. Sweet Cream. Best creamer ever and it only has like 4 ingredients.

  8. I’m actually not a fan of using creamer in coffee. Back in the day when I first started drinking the black brew, my ratio was basically something like 3/4 creamer and 1/4 coffee, but over time I’ve seriously grown to love the taste of what I first thought of as tar, and now adding anything to my coffee just tastes wonky. Pancakes, on the other hand, are definitely open to all sorts of add-ins.

  9. I don’t really use creamers in my coffee because I’ve become addicted to black coffee from many days spent in the library. I do like a pump of syrup or add my protein powder to my coffee sometimes if I feel like having something different. This is a good idea and I might actually pass this onto my mom because she never goes through the creamer fast enough!

  10. Heck to the yes. Combining my favourite alcohol with my favourite breakfast item and add in the fact that breakfast is my favourite meal of the day … Hollie, I know that this sounds over the top, but my life might very well have been made better because of this. I know that most people who respond this enthusiastically to recipe posts are full of complete bullshiiiiiiiza … meh, take it or leave it, but this, this is legit. Whoa. Thank you, from the bottom of my morning Baileys + coffee-loving heart.

  11. how many servings does this make? I wouldn’t think it just makes one since that would mean consuming 1/2 cup of Truvia/sweetener in the entire recipe so I am really curious as I want to try this out…

      1. thanks for the reply! So eating a half cup of fake sugar doesn’t upset your stomach? lucky, I don’t think mine could handle that so I might play around with the recipe a bit. Thanks again Hollie!

  12. Just found Samoa Girl Scout cookie creamer that is by far my favorite! i really hope it’s not limited edition or I may cry.

  13. You could experiment with a new creamer every week I feel like and never run out! I am a huge fan of Bailey’s caramel. I actually just finished a container this morning in my coffee 😉 Although I have never had real Baileys (alcoholic)… I think I should try to change that
