Organic Hydration 180 Recover Drink Review

Organic Hydration 180 Recover Drink Review

I had never heard of the Organic Hydration 180 Recover Drink until I saw them at the Conquer the Pier 5k. I thought, why not try them? Full disclosure: I had started writing this review, only to find there is little to no information about the brand and product. I am guessing they are fairly new.

About the Brand:

It was next to impossible to find out any information about the brand. Where was it formed? Why? There is information about the team of people who own it, but nothing about the brand. The team looks to consist of several basketball and football players, although no endurance athletes so it was interesting to me, they were promoting at an endurance athlete event.

Anyway, not that anyone really cares if I’m missing about the brand in these reviews (except me), but it would be nice to have that information. If I were to guess, it was only recently created in 2024.

About the Organic Hydration 180 Recover Drink

Similarly, there is little information about the Recover Drink online. This is all I could find, which is basic information at best. Almost every product in the same market boasts these…

  • USDA ORGANIC
  • No Sugar Added
  • Potassium-Packed Electrolytes
  • Vitamins & Antioxidants
  • No Artificial Sweeteners, Flavors, or Dyes
  • 5% Coconut Water
  • 15 Calories Per Bottle

My Experience with the Organic Hydration 180 Recover Drink

As mentioned, I originally saw the brand at the Venice Beach 5k and decided to try one of the flavors. I was surprised it only had 15 calories. In my mind, recovery has some sort of carbohydrates and protein. But electrolyte recovery is essential too, especially in the summer.

Immediately, I was surprised with how sweet the drink is. Not in a bad way, just I wasn’t expecting it. It’s very sweet but it was refreshing and easy to go down on a warm summer day. I tried both the peach mango and fruit punch. Both were equally as sweet and tasted about like the flavors they advertised. (and whew, I have had some bad mango drinks in the past…I digress). In all, I’m a fan. I would love to try other flavors.

You can see it’s a fairly thick drink

Cost

At $29.99, the Organic Hydration 180 Recover Drink is not cheap. Hopefully, as they expand, it will become cheaper.

Hydration 180 Recover Drink Conclusion

Overall, Organic Hydration 180 Recover Drink is a refreshing and sweet option for post-exercise hydration, packed with potassium and antioxidants without added sugars or artificial ingredients. I would love to see them expand with recovery drinks including carbohydrates and protein too.
