Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System Review

Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System Review

I was excited to try out the Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System. As most people know, plantar fasciitis can be a brutal injury.

How do you recover from plantar fasciitis?

You must do everything perfectly because the feet take so long to heal.

  • Stretching
  • Wearing a brace
  • Always wearing supportive shoes

Many things can ease the process, and the Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System could be one of them.

About the brand Alleviate:

It took me a while to find information regarding the brand Alleviate. Sean McDowell, Alleviate Co-Founder and Product Designer, has won four Red Dot Design Awards in his career. The previous three were awarded for Sean’s work at Nike, including the Victory Track Spike. The Victory Track Spike lives on and is still one of the most used track spikes out there. Super interesting to see how he turned from that to his current situation with Alleviate.

About the Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System:

The Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System comes with the Alleviate Loft Brace, Arch Massager, and Arch Exercise Program. It’s the full package if you are suffering from plantar fasciitis. It makes sense to review both the Alleviate Loft and Alleviate Arch Massager (You can purchase the products solo too).

The Alleviate Arch Massager Review:

The Alleviate Arch Massager is designed to repair the root cause of your pain. Plantar fasciitis typically forms when there is too much load on your arch during activity. This could mean you upped your mileage too quickly; you added too much speed, too many hills, or even you started walking more than your body could handle.

Your body builds up scar tissue. The Arch Massager is designed as a professional-grade tool to break up that scar tissue.

What makes the Alleviate Arch Massager Different?

  • The dual arch design reaches where other arch massagers can’t.
  • Pinpoints hot spots.
  • Easy to use while standing or sitting.
  • Portable
  • Backed by a risk-free returns policy

I was excited to try the Alleviate Arch Massager. My feet often get sore. While I haven’t had plantar fasciitis in a few years, I occasionally find my arches extremely painful, and it can be hard to get a decent massage. I found the Alleviate Arch Massager to target the plantar fascia and provide a high-quality massage quickly. The surface has a similar texture to a golf ball, and I am a huge fan. I can see if you have scar tissue and how it can easily break down. Will the Alleviate Arch Massager instantly cure plantar fasciitis? No. But will it help break down the scar tissue so you’ll feel better? Yes. I appreciate the Alleviate Arch Massager clamps to the ground, so you don’t have to worry about it sliding around.

The Alleviate Loft Brace Review:

The Alleviate Loft Brace is designed to recreate the dynamic arch support of professionally-applied tape.

What makes the Alleviate Loft Brace different?

  • Adjustable, machine washable, and breathable
  • Mimics the feel and support of an expert tape job
  • Made with low-profile materials, so it fits in most shoes
  • Dial lacing system: Customizable support on the go. The laces act as suspension bridges, lifting the arch to reduce stress on the bottom of your foot.
  • You are anatomically designed to adapt to the structure of your foot. The basket-weave pattern provides pliable support. You were created for left and right feet (which means if you suffer in both feet, you’ll need to buy two).

Sizing: I wear a women’s size 11 shoe, and the medium fits well.

The Alleviate Loft Brace fits well into most shoes. I could wear it in any running shoes I tried as well as my casual shoes and Rothys. While I am not currently suffering from plantar fasciitis, it is one of the better braces I’ve seen. What makes the Alleviate Loft Brace goof for plantar fasciitis? It supports the arch and keeps it reasonably immobile, so you don’t have to worry about more stress.

Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System Cost:

You can get the total Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System for $145. Or the Loft Brace for $95 and Alleviate Arch Massager for $50. Interestingly, they don’t give a discount if you buy both. Whether you buy them together or separately, it seems like there is no difference. But they were nice enough to give me a discount code. You can save 15% using the code FUELEDBYLOLZ.

Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System Conclusion:

In all, I am a fan of the Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System. Do I think the Alleviate Plantar Fasciitis System works? Yes. If you use it consistently, you are likely to help cure your plantar fasciitis. Like anything with PF, you have to use it consistently, and you won’t see results by using it once. In all, it’s one of the better options for plantar fasciitis.
