One of the biggest advantages of Liquid Shot is its gut-friendly formula. It’s designed to be gut-friendly, and I’ve found that it really is. I haven’t had any issues with my gut since taking them. I usually start by trying gels on an easy run, then I’ll add them during workouts or races. No one wants a surprise mid-workout or race. I found the First Endurance Liquid Shot to be easy to consume, and you could definitely feel the caffeine. I didn’t have any stomach cramps, and in all, I’ve felt good taking them.
Additionally, the complete electrolyte profile has helped prevent muscle cramps, which is important during long races or warmer weather. It’s honestly so hard to find gels that also have electrolytes! In all, I’ve been really happy with the Liquid Shot.
