40 seconds of a 12 mile run. 20:37 and my fastest 5k in a couple of years. Plus I won $200 which can pay for this work of art I bought for my office yesterday Some runs are like that and truthfully most of them have been like that this week for me. Which is why I took a down/cutback/rest week. It's funny people always seem to think the "treadmill is the last resort" but today I chose the treadmill. It was windy and mentally I wanted to zone out, not feel like I was running backwards, and not deal with wind. #ad I'm a huge fan of Cloudpeak Nutrition RESOLITROL. We know recovery is essential to run better. Reslitrol helps aid in inflammation, mobility and recovery. Plus unlike other brands you just need to take 2 day. Lol but has this happened to you? Thanks @itsme_phteven for the desert derping. I mostly didn't get us lost 🤣 Wahoo 11th overall at the La Jolla Half Marathon. One of my favorites. Super scenic. 900 feet of elevation gain. Fastest mile 6:28. Slowest mile 8:30 up Torrey Pines. The La Jolla Half Marathon was my favorite last year. I'll remind myself of that during the 900 feet of climbing 🤣🙂
