Another day of ✨working hard✨ Desert life. 🌅 I guess as they say: ✨some personal news ✨ I'm not going to lie, the thought of doing 18 miles in the 15 mph wind today was 😵‍💫 but thankfully it wasn't too bad. It never is. I always seem to have a million excuses of why I can't swim. Another workout in the books. 30 minute tempo averaging 7:11 pace. Slightly faster than last time and on tired legs. Running might always be ✨in✨ but your relationship will grow and change throughout the years. 1:34.55. My fastest half on an honest course in about a year. Well, it has 600 feet of elevation gain. The first race after the flu that I haven't had weird breathing issues too. First race of 2023. Thank you to everyone who helped me fundraise over $1000 for @mccourtfoundation
