I was excited to try the brand GoWith. Just from the name, you may not guess what the brand actually is…but it’s Running Socks!
Socks are essential for runners, and GoWith offers a wide range of compression and athletic socks, no matter your preference. Socks seem to be a hot topic right now, especially among the younger generation. Should you wear higher socks? Lower socks? Personally, I’m into crew-length socks right now.

About GoWith Running Socks
GoWith running socks are designed with features that enhance both comfort and performance for runners. These socks combat common issues like moisture buildup, friction, and foot fatigue while offering the durability needed for long-term use. Blisters can easily stop a runner, and GoWith aims to prevent them. I’ve had some nasty blisters throughout the years that have hurt more than serious running injuries.
What Makes GoWith Running Socks Different?
- Moisture-Wicking Bamboo Fibers: GoWith uses bamboo fibers to help keep your feet dry by wicking sweat and moisture away from the skin. These fibers pull liquid to the sock’s upper layers, allowing it to evaporate, which helps keep your feet cool and prevents odors.
- Ventilation for Breathability: In hot environments like the Mojave Desert, breathability is essential. GoWith running socks feature an air mesh ventilation system that allows for better airflow around your feet, reducing hot spots and keeping your feet comfortable, even during intense workouts.
- Seamless Design to Prevent Blisters: The seamless construction of these socks, combined with their soft texture, minimizes the friction that causes blisters, especially when moisture is present.
- Cushioned Soles for Extra Support: GoWith running socks include cushioned soles, offering extra support for your feet. This helps absorb impact and reduces fatigue, making them ideal for runners who need additional comfort during high-mileage runs.
Types of GoWith Running Socks
Socks have become a hot topic in the running world, and GoWith offers various options to suit different preferences:
- Low-Cut Socks: A lightweight, breathable option without extra coverage.
- Ankle Socks: Providing coverage just below the mid-calf, these socks offer protection from external elements like trail debris.
- Compression Socks: Designed to enhance circulation and boost performance during longer runs or recovery sessions.
My Experience with GoWith Socks
I tried several styles and cuts of GoWith socks. Admittedly, I’m not a huge fan of low-cut socks…I always feel like they’re going to fall down, although we know high-quality socks don’t. The GoWith Low-Cut socks are great and haven’t fallen down at all. I like how lightweight they are. If you prefer a thinner sock, they’re a great option. I’ve been using them a lot for my daily runs and have had no issues. I appreciate how soft and lightweight they are.
Ankle socks are my go-to. I want something with plenty of cushion that feels comfortable. GoWith designs excellent socks. They feel like premium socks with plenty of cushion and padding, and they’ve quickly become some of my favorites. The ankle socks are a bit more padded, which I like because I like more padded socks!
Compression socks can be hit or miss. Good compression socks feel great, but some can feel like glorified tube socks. I’ve found GoWith’s compression socks to be awesome. I wear them after runs or on days when I’m on my feet all day. They feel comfortable, and I do believe they help with recovery. In fact, I’m sitting here wearing the compression socks now. As someone with perpetually tight calves, I’ve really appreciated wearing them.
All in all, I’m a big fan of GoWith socks and will continue to use them.
Cost
GoWith socks are surprisingly affordable for their quality. You can get two packs for $19.50, compression socks for $24.90, and five packs of ankle socks for $24.90. Compared to other brands, they are cheaper and the quality is still top notch.
Conclusion
GoWith running socks are excellent, and I have no complaints. With features designed to keep your feet dry, reduce friction, and provide added support, they are a reliable choice for runners looking for durability and performance in their socks. Plus, they are one of the cheaper sock options, so what more could you want?
