Hyland’s Leg Cramp Tablet Review

Hyland's Leg Cramp Tablet Review

I was excited to test out the Hyland’s Leg Cramp Tablets. Most of us can relate at some point when we have terrible leg cramps. I remember in college occasionally having leg cramps that would wake me up at night. If you’ve ever had a “charlie horse”, you know they’ll wake you up at night and they aren’t fun.

Why do people get leg cramps?

Sometimes that’s due to overtraining, and other times because of lack of magnesium. If you have leg cramps regularly, it’s a good idea to see a medical professional.

About the Brand Hyland’s:

Hyland’s is a brand of homeopathic products sold in both the US and Canada. It was founded in 1903 in Los Angeles as the Standard Homeopathic Pharmacy. In 1910, it was purchased by George H. Hyland, who changed the name to Standard Homeopathic Company. It wasn’t until 1990 that Hyland began selling products to Canada.

About Hyland’s Leg Cramps Tablets:

The Hyland’s Leg Cramps Tablets are quick-dissolving and melt in your mouth instantly. As the name suggests, they are designed to relieve cramps in legs and calves, pain in limbs and joints, and cramps in our feet. The nice feature of the Hyland’s Leg Cramps Tablets is you don’t need to take water, and they aren’t going to upset your stomach.

They are made from homeopathic formulas with all-natural active ingredients. Finally, there are no known side effects, and they do not conflict with any known medications. That makes them convenient for most people.

Hyland’s Leg Cramps Tablets Ingredients:

  • Cinchona Officinalis is a tree from the rainforests of South America. The homeopathic preparation of the bark helps provide relief from cramps and pain.
  • Magnesia Phosphorica cell salt helps soothe muscle and body cramps, soreness, tension, headaches, and radiating pain. The best part is that it does that without any harmful or groggy side effects.

My Experience with Hyland’s Leg Cramps Tablets:

I haven’t had a lot of leg cramps recently, but as it warms up, I’ve noticed them coming here and there. I liked the idea of an all-natural product that doesn’t have side effects. How often do you see that?

My biggest questions were:

Are there actual side effects?

Do Hyland’s Leg Cramps Tablets work? The answer is yes. I’ve had them for a few months now, and when I find leg cramps coming on, I use them. They are easy to take and truly dissolve in your mouth with no water. The pills are small and they are easy to take. Plus they don’t leave an aftertaste in your mouth.

I’ve used them about a dozen times, never had stomach issues, and found they relieve muscle cramps. In all, they do exactly what they say they will with no side effects.

If you have muscle cramps often or daily, that is a sign to see a medical professional as you might be deficient in a mineral or vitamin.

Cost: $14.99 for 100

It’s a reasonably inexpensive deal and one of the better deals for leg cramp products. What I also appreciate is you can buy them at places such as Walmart, CVS, and Amazon. You aren’t committed to only using the Hylands website.

Hyland’s Leg Cramps Tablets Conclusion:

The Hyland’s Leg Cramps Tablets do work, and they aren’t too expensive. They are easy to consume wherever a leg cramp strikes (but hopefully that is never). I haven’t had any side effects or stomach issues. Plus, they aren’t that expensive. Even if you aren’t a runner or athlete, I recommend them as something to have at the house.

  1. So glad that you reviewed this product. I have tried Hylands recently to deal with leg cramps and they seem to work. The only issue is whether they are actually helping or if there is some placebo effect. I sometimes get terrible cramps in my calves and occasionally hamstrings on long distance races, so anything that helps avoid that problem is welcome. I had typically tried to deal with cramps by taking salt tablets or another supplement. One of my running friends swears by magnesium supplements, but not sure if they would work for me. I am going to continue to try Hylands and hope that my leg cramps are a thing of the past.
