Recently I tried Four Sigmatic Focus Blend Mix. It’s a concentrated dose of caffeine-free focus. They combined seven ingredients into an earthy blend. When I first read that, I wondered, what does that even mean?
But first, What is Four Sigmatic?
I’ve written a few Four Sigmatic reviews, including Four Sigmatic Protein Powder reviews, Four Sigmatic Coffee Review, and Four Sigmatic Adaptogens Review. They all feature mushrooms, but the answer is still the same: you don’t taste the mushrooms.
When I first tried heard of Four Sigmatic, I thought for sure I would taste the mushrooms. But you never do.
So What Does Four Sigmatic Mean?
Four Sigmatic foods are some of the most studied and nutrient-dense foods out there. There are only 100 foods that qualify, including coffee, green tea, cocoa, and coconut.
Four Sigmatic’s actual meaning is four sigmas (which means four standard deviations) above average food.

My experience with Four Sigmatic Focus Blend Mix:
I didn’t really know what to expect to be honest. I drink some coffee but not a lot anymore. I value my sleep and have found that caffeine messes with my sleep schedule. Anyway, so I was super excited to try something that didn’t have any caffeine. It’s designed to keep you focused and alert without caffeine. How neat is that?
I decided to try some in the morning, which is my primary working and writing time. I mixed some in almond milk and decided to try it first that way. I found myself feeling more alert without the use of caffeine.
I don’t usually review or have a lot of supplements. I was surprised that I actually felt something because most products seem to be a gimmick. Since the Focus Blend does use cocoa powder, you do taste chocolate, but it tastes good. It’s not overly sweet nor bitter.
The next time, I tried it in my coffee and it blended right in. In fact, I didn’t even notice it was there. If you are looking for a fun cocoa-flavored mix, you’ll enjoy adding it to your coffee.
I’ve since tried it a few more times and have found it to be beneficial. I don’t like to rely on things, but if you are looking for a supplement to keep you focused, the Four Sigmatic Focus Blend Mix is a great option.
Four Sigmatic Focus Blend Mix Conclusion:
I am pleasantly surprised by my experience. I usually don’t have many high hopes for supplements, but I found the Four Sigmatic Focus Blend Mix to be a great option. You don’t taste the mushrooms and it blends into most things. I’ll continue to use it when I feel I want more focus in my life, which, to be honest, is more often than I would prefer.
