Which is why I took a down/cutback/rest week. It's funny people always seem to think the "treadmill is the last resort" but today I chose the treadmill. It was windy and mentally I wanted to zone out, not feel like I was running backwards, and not deal with wind. #ad I'm a huge fan of Cloudpeak Nutrition RESOLITROL. Thanks @itsme_phteven for the desert derping. I mostly didn't get us lost 🤣
