17 miles in the desert. 1400 feet of elevation gain. Derping along. Long, easy runs are not my favorite but I actually felt strong today. I have not felt my best mentally the last few days. Swimming has always felt more soothing and relaxing than running. My first road workout of the CIM trainign cycle. One thing I haven't been great about lately is documenting easy runs or rest days. I feel like there isn't a lot to say: I rest. It's fine. The world moves on. Or I ran easy. No one cares or remembers your pace. The end. Me on the first September day you get to wear long sleeves. 😍 17 Miles today with just under 900 feet of elevation gain. CIM Training Week 3: Surf City 10 (1:11.07) 10 miles here we go. #surfcity10
