My first road workout of the CIM trainign cycle. One thing I haven't been great about lately is documenting easy runs or rest days. I feel like there isn't a lot to say: I rest. It's fine. The world moves on. Or I ran easy. No one cares or remembers your pace. The end. Me on the first September day you get to wear long sleeves. 😍 17 Miles today with just under 900 feet of elevation gain. CIM Training Week 3: Surf City 10 (1:11.07) 10 miles here we go. #surfcity10 There are two types of runners before a race. This week, more than most, I am grateful for 3 paid fitness hours with work.
