The micronized format here makes a difference. I tried mixing it in both plain water and post-workout shakes, and in both cases, it dissolved within 10–15 seconds of stirring. There’s no flavor, so it won’t overpower whatever you mix it with. If you’re someone who struggles with chalky textures, this is one of the smoother creatines I’ve used.

Within about two weeks, I noticed the typical creatine benefits…slightly better gym performance, easier time holding paces in speed workouts, and less soreness on back-to-back workout days.
With creatine, you aren’t going to see life changing results, but you will see slight changes in your sprinting and just overall less soreness.
For me, I started taking about a month ago. I didn’t use a loading phase, but took 5 grams daily (usually post run). As mentioned, I prefer to mix in my magic bullet and consume quickly. If you wait more than a few minutes the creatine will settle in the bottom. I’ve noticed that with every creatine powder though.
