Ramen Noodle Salad Recipe

Course: Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 3 oz Ramen Noodle Packages (any flavor is fine as you won't use the flavoring packets)
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Sliced Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries
  • 2 16 oz Package of Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Method
 

  1. Remove Ramen Flavoring. Place the Ramen Noodles in a Ziploc Bag and crush so that they are fine.
  2. In a large bowl, add coleslaw mix, sliced almonds, carrots, cranberries, and crushed ramen noodles.
  3. In a measuring bowl, add vegetable oil, vinegar, and sugar. Whisk together.
  4. Pour oil mixture over the coleslaw mix and toss everything together to evenly coat.
  5. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours (more is fine).
  6. Serve chilled
