Holiday Baked Ham with Pineapple Glaze

  • 10 lb fully cooked, bone in ham
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (can also use orange juice)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves


  • Take ham out of the refrigerator 2 hours before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Place ham in baking dish fat side up.
  • Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, and cloves into a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until it's thick (roughly 15 minutes)
  • Brush half of the glaze onto the ham. Save the other half for later.
  • Cover ham with foil and cook for 90 minutes-2 hours (you want the internal temperature to be above 150)
  • Remove ham and add the remaining glaze. Cook for another 15 minutes or until the internal temperature is above 160.
