No babies. No new houses...so why not buy a car? I am always grateful for each sunrise I see running or not running. Things that seem like a "big deal" usually aren't and running brings clarity to a lot (but definitely not all). I always tell people: you have to take care of yourself before you can take care of others. This has been a week. Wait it's only Wednesday. Woke up this morning in a mood. I had a workout planned and did a few mile warmup. I felt ok. Not great. Not terrible. Meeting of the minds. What are we plotting? I can't remember the last time I ran a 14 mile run. It's been at least a year. But I survived and it was fun (?) Victory Lap 5k (21:08) "It's not supposed to be humid here"...I whispered to myself a dozen times on this run. Another day chasing sunrises and thinking I should have woken up earlier so I don't push my limit to work.
