Brooks Launch 7 Shoe Review

It’s funny, I don’t try the Brooks Launch every year, and typically I only try it for limited-edition versions. I always like the Fourth of July Color and this year is no different. The Brooks Launch 7 is available in several different colors but I am a creature of habit and purchased the Brooks Launch 7 in the Fourth of July color.

How to Increase Running Mileage and Avoid Injury

Like many people during the pandemic, I’ve had extra time. I have the time to run more mileage. It’s been easier to add a mile here and a mile there and suddenly you think: How did I end up with so many miles?

Hiking Batsto River (Wharton State Park)

Recently I decided to out and hike at the Batsto River in Wharton State Park. I’ve hiked and ran several times in Wharton State Park. It’s a relatively easy area to run and walk. If you’re looking for easy trails to bring family or pets, I suggest Wharton.  You also don’t get much elevation change in South Jersey.

Court House Diner (Cape May Court House)

Recently I got take out at the Court House Diner in Cape May Court House).  It’s somewhat confusing, but Cape May Court House is a town in New Jersey just north of Cape May. This wasn’t just any take out though; it took strategic planning. My husband and I flew down to the Wildwood Airport then rode our bikes up to Cape May House Court House (roughly 9 miles).  Planning this specific trip was why I decided to start biking. I honestly didn’t know if I could ride the 18 miles round trip!
