Catching Up and a Few Articles

If your week has gone anything like mine, it’s been SAS.  Slow as…well you get it.  This weekend went from boring to exciting in the matter of one day.  The previous week was spent catching up on life, work and everything in between.  I was lucky to hang out with my coworker and go to a new Mediterranean restaurant on Tuesday evening.  The restaurant, Zaffron in downtown Haddonfield is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone in Haddonfield (and their primarily location in Center City Philadelphia).

Then on Wednesday I was able to meet Liz (my fellow 5k runner) for coffee at a local coffee shop.  We ended up chatting for about 2 hours.  It was so nice to talk and not be running.

  1. I keep loosing toenails no matter what I do or what shoe I try in what size. Currently it’s the middle toenail on my right foot. It looks like frankentoe

  2. Love the Resting Bitch face article – this is totally me too!. Love numbers 8 and 10!. I’ve noticed it’s been passed on to my 9 month old niece too. Funny seeing people intimidated by a 9 month olds bitch face. 🙂

  3. 😆 The RBF article is the story of my life as well. I an’t even tell you how many times people have told me that I’m so much nicer than they thought I was going to be, or that they were too intimidated to come up and talk to me. And I swear I try to look friendly! But apparently it just doesn’t happen…

  4. Oh man I cannot wait to read the one about RBF – hahahaha!!!! Thanks Hollie. Have a great weekend.

  5. I’m guilty of resting bitch face and every race picture I’ve ever seen of me, I look incredibly angry or like I’m about to hurl (I usually am). Glad you and Liz had a great coffee date!

      • Haha Brian only posts the good ones and I use those on the blog posts! The bad ones are the ones when someone is taking your pic with a phone or something (not professional photag) so you don’t know until you get home and it’s all over your Facebook :).

  6. It was so great to get coffee and #runchat with you! Although there is never enough time to talk. I can’t wait for our Greek dining adventure! #allthefeta 🙂 🙂 🙂

  7. I’ve been told I have a not-so-great neutral face, which may or may not be the same thing as RBF. I went to Lake Placid this weekend for some swimming, biking, and running fun–and do not want to be back in the city right now. *Sigh*
