With the Snow Brings My Departure

Today it snowed and snowed and snowed. We got about 10 inches in southern VA and it closed everything. Including the gym bah. So I took today off and relaxed. I was able, however, to lose my phone. I have searched everywhere for my Alias and to no success. If only I didn’t board an airplane tomorrow to go back home…

But that brings me to my next point. I’m sorry to say (or if you’re tired of my sarcasm) that I’m taking a bit of a blogging break. It will only last a day or two but I’m going through some personal problems (not health related) that I need to devote myself cognitively too. Although, I’m not sure if you think I have half a brain to devote from some of these posts.

I would love to hear from you anyways and I’m sure I’ll be lurking on your blogs, so send me an email.

  1. When we lived in the Richmond area of Virginia they would close the schools if they “thought” it might snow! I loved it, especially since we moved there from Chicago, where they didn’t close the schools unless it was something like 48 degrees below zero!

  2. You’re totally allowed to take time off. I mean you blog almost every day anyway, everyone needs a break, right? Hope you have a safe flight and work out the personal issues :) .

  3. Bummer about losing your phone, Hollie. Hope it turns up. I’ll miss you and your sense of humor during your blogging break – but totally support doing what’s best for you and your personal situation. Hope it turns out the way you’d like.

  4. Ewwww that snow better not come up to PA! Your doggies are really cute and I hope you have a good break from blogging. I like to take a good 20 days off every once in a while. Who would have thought writing about my extremely interesting self would get tiring? Hahaha.
