Do you love Trader Joes as much as I do? Well quite frankly, I was looking for a pancake cookbook to give away on my blog because it isn’t like I’m obsessed with them or anything but I found this instead. It is a cookbook using entirely Trader Joes products; of course, you can substitute similar products too.

One for me.

It isn’t like I used the same picture or anything. But yours is beautifully wrapped up, so it is not photogenic.

Here are some of the most delicious sounding recipes that I have skimmed through: Cocoa Raspberry baby cakes, pumpkin cranberry cake with pumpkin butter-mascarpone slather…pumpkin and caritas salad. Creamy tomato and roasted red pepper soup with pesto gnocchi sounds fabulous too. Okay I’ll stop naming everything pumpkin now. Anywho, the drawing will occur November 14th after I return back from my final cross country race.
