Today did not start as planned-because I woke up at 6:40. I was supposed to be up at 5:30 for morning practice but for some reason my phone shut off booo. Today was the one day of the month I needed to go to morning practice. I have class during the other times of open swim and swim practice. I ran my butt to practice (got death stares from my teammates) and did an hours worth of practice which ended up being about 3500 yards.
Then I came back and guess who was in the kitchen making delicious omelets?
ARAM!
I wish he would be more confident in his cooking skills because these babies were amazing. I had mine with spinach, turkey pepperoni, cheese and spinach. I’m going to demand he make them more often hehe.
Then off to Sports Psychology. But not without a little matchy matchy action from one of my housemates Kelley. We were sporting our math alliance tee-shirts. Aram is embarrassed by my love for math and won’t walk around with me when I wear it hehe. Imagine how he felt this morning when it was double action.
In Sports Psychology we are watching Bring it On. This is one of my favorite movies, but in a class setting such a waste of my life. I understand the teacher is absent and wanted to give us something to do, but having an old student administer a GRADED worksheet on a movie I have seen
a dozen times seems a touch too much. I literally just worked on math homework all class.
Then off for a fabulous run. I ran 7.25 miles in 50 minutes! It is my best time on the route thus far and I was ecstatic.
So ecstatic that I had to make red velvet pancakes again. That and they are god’s gift to my life.
So moral of the story-even though I started off with a bad day-it’s getting better slowly hehe.
Side note questions for you:
1. I’m going on a shopping spree on netrition.com, what is your favorite items of purchase? I already know I am getting pb2, more protein (not sure what brand), but what else should I invest in?
2. I still need songs for my playlist. I have added every single recommendation you guys have given me so Thank-you.
