Spiced Pumpkin Protein Pie
I have to be completely honest. I have made this recipe several times but have not thought of a good name-so haven’t posted it. I’m going to post it now I suppose and update it when I get my creative juices flowing. I have updated it a bit more for my liking by adding more pumpkin and Greek yogurt and hot cocoa mix.
Protein Pumpkin:
1 tablespoon egg substitute
1 packet hot cocoa mix (I use Swiss Miss Diet)
¼ cup pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla protein (You could use cinnamon, I use Vanilla Isopure right now)
Dash of water, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and artificial sweetener.
Mix all ingredients in a microwavable dish and microwave for 50 seconds.
Spiced Pears:
1 cup of pear
Cinnamon and sweetener to taste.
Mix all ingredients and microwave for 75 seconds.
½ cup Chobani Vanilla Yogurt topping
300 calories/ 35 carbs/1 fat/40 protein/6 fiber/48% calcium

I wish i stayed and had this!! This looks sooo goood!!! We have to make this for breakfast some time!
