Success with Oatmeal Pancakes

Oatmeal Pancakes-I finally made them with success.

Pictured above includes the cinnamon apples I made to top them off.

1 packet Oatmeal

½ cup cottage cheese

¼ egg substitute

½ Fiber one Cereal (crushed)

½ tsp baking powder

2 packets splenda

  1. Cook oatmeal as normal.
  2. Crush the fiber one cereal and add to the oatmeal mixing thoroughly.
  3. Using a blender, mix egg and cottage cheese and then add to oatmeal.
  4. Finally add splenda and baking powder.
  5. Add water to desired consistency and cook as a normal pancake.

Stats: 400 calories/50 carbs/3 fat/ 42 protein/ 12 fiber (Also includes my yogurt but not apples)
